A cool thing I found about this company is that on their site, they have all of their certifications on display which you can find here. Besides this, if you're from within the United States, shipping time is a lot faster than if you ordered from other countries. This is a given though since it is like that if you live within the same country a company is. Now with the technicalities out of the way, time for the review!
The lenses I received were Geo Xtra Brown 2 Tone Circle Lens WTA45. I'm not sure why they're labeled as brown when I found them under the black contact lens category. Also when I received them they're black and grey. This may just be a technical issue going on with the new site. Shipping time was excellent from when they were said to be sent to when I received them. The shipping time was 3-4 days.
Opening up the package, the lenses were wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them when being shipped. Like other circle lenses I've gotten, they were packaged in a small glass vial. On the lid and the sticker of the vial theres information about the contacts themselves which will be shown here:
Arrow on metal rim in middle |
When finally able to wear the contacts, my eyes were bugged slightly. This was all on my end though due to how dilated my eyes were because of lighting. Since my eyes were dilated, I was able to see the grey coloring in the outer rim of my vision. This went away though once by eyes became undilated. Once my eyes were adjusted to the feel of the contacts, everything was quite comfortable. The only thing I can feel, if I'm thinking about the contacts, is the outer rim when I blink. Again though, this is only when I think about how I'm wearing the contacts.
I've gotten compliments on how natural looking these contacts are. They are on the darker side but that is to be expected since they're black contacts with a grey middle. The only thing that seems to give away that I'm wearing contacts is that my pupils are enlarged. People only seem to notice though when they're close to me and looking at my eyes.
The negatives I have to say about CircleLensesUSA is that they don't provide a contact lens case with your purchase. So if you purchase circle lenses from CircleLensesUSA I would go out and buy a cheap contact lens case while they're being shipped. Another thing is that the contacts do bother my eyes some after wearing them for 2 hours. This could just be my eyes though and not the company. Other than that, I don't have anything negative to say about these contacts!
Overall I honestly recommend CircleLensesUSA, click here for their website. I give them a 8
out of 10. Shipping time, product quality, and customer service was all around lovely. You can find CircleLensesUSA social medias here:
